You need to do the Big Five. These are pull ups, dips, presses (like shoulder presses or bench presses), squats, and deadlifts. These exercises really jack up your metabolism to record speed and also ramp up growth hormone and testosterone.

On the other hand, if you would try to stick with Swiss and BOSU balls, then you would not be making much progress. It would just be like lighting a tiny match in a superbly windy alleyway.
