There occur a lot of differences in consuming the fruits and the fruit juices. People are not aware of these things in these days. The fruit is always better to have than the fruit juice for the medical purposes and for the usefulness of having fruits.

Fruit juice and its advantages:

The major thing which is not there in the fruit juices is its skin and the pulp. The skin is an element of the fruit which is used to interact with the outer world. So lot of the chemical reactions are taken place on its surface called as skin, the skin is having lot of chemicals which is very useful for our metabolic activities. The fruit skin makes us less vulnerable to cancer related problems .it also makes us less vulnerable to the ultra violet rays.

Large quantity of fiber is present in the pulp of the fruit. You would have seen that kind of things in the orange especially. The fiber is for the development of the muscles of the human body. When they prepare the fruit juice they will peel all the fruit skin and we won't get the pulp too, because the juice is extracted from the fruits and all its waste are thrown away.

The major issue comes here. We have to consider the amount of the calorie that present in each of the fruit and the fruit juice. The fruit contains small amount of calorie even in big fruits when compared to the same amount of the fruit juice. Because the fruit juice is extracted from the juice, hence we should avoid taking a large amount of fruit juice with short span of time. The fruit juices releases lot of fructose into the blood which is not perfectly managed by the insulin in our body.

From the above said we come to know that the fruit juice consists of large amount of the sugar that is too much for our requirement. So the sugar which is remained is passed on to the blood level and hence the sugar in the blood level gets increased. But the fruit is not like that .the fruit will provide the digestive track some time to digest it. So the sugar will released to the blood gradually and it won't be in excess too. So the fruits won't affect that much the blood sugar level when compared to the fruit juice. So it's better to take the fruit instead of the fruit juice, especially the diabetes patient. The diabetes patient should maintain their body glucose level.
