Day 6 Of Chad's Homeopathic HCG Weight Loss Diet

It's Chad's sixth day on the homeopathic HCG weight loss diet that giving him such great results. Drastic weight loss is a phrase often used to describe the diet. And the drastic weight loss is often seen in a short amount of time. And Chad is doing extremely well. He's currently losing more weight than the average dieter.

He's been sticking to the rules that are laid out in the homeopathic HCG weight loss protocol. They are quite clear, and quite strict. so the fact that he's been able to withstand temptation throughout the days is really saying something. For the first two days he "loaded" as required. On Day 3 he started the VLCD (very low calorie diet). This will last through Day 26.

One day on the very low calorie diet earned Chad a 7.5 pound weight drop. He was amazed. And he was thoroughly motivated!

Day 6 showed Chad weighing in at 234 pounds.

That's another 1.5 pounds down. All together he's dropped 12 pounds. And that weight loss total is for less than a week. On average homeopathic HCG weight loss dieters lose between 1 and 2 pounds per day so Chad is coming in at the high end of the spectrum so far. He noticed on Day 6 that his cravings for inappropriate foods were gone. He also reaffirmed his weight loss goal. He's lost a lot of weight, but he's still got a lot more to go.

Now that he is paying so much attention to serving sizes he is realizing that for a large portion of his life he had a very misconstrued idea of just what a serving size was. He feels that realizing that alone will go a long way towards helping him stick to a healthier weight once the diet is over.

Chad said, "I'm learning all sorts of good eating habits being on this diet. I'm positive that they are going to be instrumental in keeping me at a healthy weight from this point forward." He's not just following a random set of rules...he's following a set of rules that will enable him to continue to incorporate healthy foods and healthy food preparation even after the diet is completed.

For starters...Chad had tea for breakfast. It's suggested that you not have any of your food items until mid-day and Chad has really been sticking to that advice. For lunch he had chicken and spinach. He had an apple for snack. And then for dinner he had steak and onions. Right before bed he had an orange smoothie and he's hoping the late night snack will help him fall asleep faster.
