The Fastest Way To Lose Weight Is Closer Than You Think

In this article, I'll give you a couple of great ideas that you can use today to get started on losing weight. They are easy, simple and will make perfect sense.

Everybody who has ever lost a lot of weight that it boils down to two things. Diet, and exercise. As much as we'd like to believe in some miracle cure, you can get around these two. But they can be much easier than you think. Read on.

Most people are focused on what they eat. But when you focus on when you eat, it can have a dramatic effect on your waistline. Studies have shown that when you eat all your calories in a small amount of time, your body is more prone to store it as fat. When you eat the same amount of calories spread out over the whole day, you burn most of them as energy.

So the first step is to simply look at the food you normally eat during the course of a day, and just stretch it out. If you eat three meals, shoot for six. If you eat two big ones, like most people do, shoot for some snacks in between. The cool thing about this is you don't need to change what you eat, only when you eat.

What happens to most people when they do this is that they find themselves eating less and less. By eating more often, you are hungry a lot less, and less prone to overeat. Did I mention you can eat the same foods you already eat?

The second trick is exercise. You don't need to hit the gym every day for an hour. (Unless there a bunch of really cute guys there.) It's best to get just a couple minutes of exercise in the morning. And by a couple, I really mean two or three minutes. This will jump start your body into energy burning mode. Just do a couple sit ups, maybe a push up or two, or some squats.

Just by combining these two simple ideas, you will be on the right track. Even if this is all you, you'll be amazed how much of an effect they'll have on your body and energy levels. Try and see for yourself.
