Roughly over 15% of Americans experience fatigue at work and home in today's times. Most of the people who suffer from fatigue are able to jump back if they take an energy drink or medication. Yes this is OK for some days you need a boost, but not recommended for everyday use. Not to mention all of the sugar that is packed into those drinks. Over a prolong period of use your really doing more harm than good. So what do you do if your one of the many people who suffer from fatigue everyday? The answer is vitamins and minerals. Just about 800,000 people suffer from chronic fatigue in the US. The symptoms are joint pain, muscle pain, loss of memory, sleeplessness, sore throats, head aches and complete tiredness.

Most of the people who deals with this looks to doctors for medication or turns towards energy drinks to fight chronic fatigue. However the true cure to this can be found in vitamins and minerals. The whole body relays on nutrients that is found in food we consume. So when you don't eat the right foods you deprive your body of the need nutrients it needs to fight fatigue and other diseases. We all for the most part can remember as a child your parents making you take vitamins. Why you ask? Well its simple kids won't eat what they need to eat to get the nutrients the body needs to remain healthy so the parents would give them vitamins to supplement what they lacked. 1.Vitamin E- Found in rice milk, yogurt, calcium soy, kale, cheddar cheese, nonfat milk, greens, spinach and cottage cheese. It's an anti-oxidant, that if consumed daily will help to prevent heart disease and high blood pressure. It will also give you good skin, give you a strong sex drive and stop fatigue.

2.Vitamin A- Taking this vitamin will help to prevent heart disease, cancer and eye problems. Taking this vitamin will also help to repair skin cells and will make your bones and teeth stronger. Vitamin A plays a huge role in your entire immune system. This vitamin can be found in carrots, cheddar cheese, skim milk, cantaloupe, spinach, peaches and mango's.

3.Vitamin K- Vitamin K is very vital to your bones, cellular growth and to prevent the hardening of your arteries. You'll find it in broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, sprouts and beef.

4.Magnesium- Very vital for protein and bone formation. This gives us energy and will help to prevent muscle spasms. You'll find it in green leafy veggies like spinach, grains, black pea's and legumes.
