The HCG Diet That Really Works

While on the HCG diet, it is recommended that a person have a 500 calorie intake. This is possible very comfortably as the chemical causes appetite suppression and does so without the common side effects of head ache, fatigue and hunger pains.

It is not unusual at all for those individuals on HCG to experience more energy and an increase in alertness. A better sense of well being is also common. Not only does HCG shed pounds and inches, it makes you feel healthier.

No known serious side effects exist but it is a good idea, as with any diet program, to consult your physician before beginning the diet. Don't take HCG if you are pregnant or nursing.

You are not required to exercise while on the diet plan but it is a good idea to do so in moderation as it can speed up the weight loss process. Drinking more water, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and retraining your eating habits can increase results as well. It is a good idea to supplement your diet with a good multivitamin.
