Aerobic exercises are by far the most productive weapon you can use to tackle your belly fat problem head on. The following exercises are my top three exercises to lose belly fat are very potent in terms of fighting your belly fat problem. You should be looking to do your aerobicise For between 20-40mins, and attempt to fit this into your daily schedule, everyday if you can.

1.Walking - Particularly on surfaces like sand, fields or forest. Tarmac is ok, but could be a bit boring and you must take extra care to wear well cushioned trainers to protect your joints.

2.Swimming - I highly endorse swimming, as well as working your body and burning masses of calories this exercise has little impact on your joints.

3.Aerobic Videos - Get yourself a good aerobic video, this may be done in your own home if your a bit shy and do not like exercising in public. It can also be plenty of fun.

It also important to note that exercises to lose belly fat are not the only answer but instead a very useful string in your bow. You should also be focussing on eating a healthy nutritious diet.

If your not used to eating properly then finding the will power to change your habits can be very hard initially. If you can get over the 1st couple of weeks it truly then just starts to become a lot easier.
