If you are allergic to eggs, you will need recipes that are modified to use something other than eggs. In addition, you should tell your doctor before taking any injection as some medications are stored in the albumen of eggs. There are many recipes that allow you to cook your food without using eggs in the recipe.

Persons may also have allergies to less common foods. Most of these allergies are accommodated by avoiding the foods that is the source of the allergy. For example, persons allergic to shellfish, should avoid eating clams.

Final Thoughts

If your food allergies are for more than one of the foods commonly used in preparing meals, your task becomes more difficult. You may find that you are preparing your foods at home more often and that you have difficulty in eating out of the home. For example, if a person has an allergy to gluten, eggs and dairy product, finding bread can be difficult. Search for special recipes free from all of these allergens and you may be able to prepare foods that are close to what other people are able to eat.
