This way, you can have time brisk walking around or using the equipment in the playground. If there's something you need at the grocery store, ditch the car. Instead, take your kids for a stroll with you.

When your kids declare "we're bored", why not go to the kitchen and cook up something with them? Other than having regular exercise, having balanced diet is important. In addition, it's the best time to instill into your kids the importance of being health conscious. Teach them how to whip up treats that rely mostly on fruits, vegetables and healthy food options for ingredients.
