The "Day One" article that came out yesterday outlined Chad's first day on the homeopathic HCG diet. If you missed yesterday's article then you missed the basic introduction to Chad. At first when he stumbled upon the homeopathic HCG plan he thought he'd found one of those diets for weight loss that was too good to be true. But so many people are willing to talk about their results that it made him think that maybe it's not just one of those diets for weight loss that doesn't follow through. He's going to do it and he's going to let us go through the diet with him. Yesterday was the first loading day and Chad did well.

It's now Day 2 and Chad weighed in at 242 pounds this morning.

Day 2 is a loading day (same as Day 1). So Chad needed to continue eating tons of high calorie, high fat foods. He also has to keep taking homeopathic HCG drops 3x per day.

When Chad woke up on Day 2 he didn't feel very well. He felt a bit sick, actually. But considering how much junk he ate on Day 1 this isn't surprising. He decided that it's no wonder that dieters are asked to start the homeopathic HCG diet with two days of loading. It makes them hate all the high calorie, high fat foods that they won't be allowed to get near for the next 24 days.

Chad only went up half a pound from Day one to Day two and he was very impressed considering how much junk he ate. And it made him feel very prepared to start the low calorie diet and stick to the rules.

This particular one of the diets for weight loss requires that the dieter take .4 units of the homeopathic HCG formula 3 times each day. Chad took the HCG three times and focused on eating fatty, high calorie foods at each meal. He had ice cream. He had cookies. And he even incorporated some whole milk for extra fat and calories.
